Built for high-capacity workflows, the Polar meat ageing cabinet includes three shelves, four hooks and one hanger, plus a strong hanging rail rated to 30kg - ideal for bone-in primals and larger joints. Energy-saving control pauses the fan when the door opens to help reduce unnecessary power use, and simple manual defrost keeps maintenance straightforward. Flexible installation is aided by the reversible door, and the cabinet is compatible with a salt brick for enhanced moisture management (sold separately).
