This appointment marks another important step in IG Group’s growth strategy. As demand for professional cleaning solutions continues to rise, the business aims to strengthen its position within the sector.
Gareth brings decades of industry experience to the role. Previously, he led SYR as UK Managing Director and developed strong expertise across the cleaning and hygiene market. Moreover, his passion for sustainability matches IG Group’s long-term vision and values.
In his new position, Gareth will grow existing accounts, build relationships with new suppliers, and expand the division’s product offering. At the same time, he will work closely with customers to identify opportunities and support future growth.
Speaking about the role, Gareth said, “I’m very excited at the prospect of growing IG’s presence in the Cleaning and Hygiene sector. They’ve got a very strong reputation, great service and a wide portfolio of products. All I can see is opportunities and I am really looking forward to working with the IG team and making it happen.”
