With its 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful 4.5kW elements, the griddle powers up quickly and distributes heat rapidly throughout each cooking zone - essential for consistent results every time.

Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides - so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours.

The Buffalo griddle is mounted on a strong stainless steel cupboard base with adjustable feet. This not only brings the griddle up to an ergonomic working height, it also provides vital additional storage space for your kitchen - a perfect area to store a few pots, pans or utensils.

The griddle is designed to be easy to clean and low maintenance, with strong stainless steel construction throughout and splash guards to the side and rear of the cooking plate, helping to keep nearby surfaces mess-free.
