The Polar U-Series double-door refrigerated counter is an excellent energy-efficient solution for food storage, designed for daily use in busy professional kitchens. Thanks to its advanced forced air cooling system, the refrigerated counter operates reliably even in the warmest kitchens with ambient temperatures up to 40°C.
The Polar U-Series offers a generous capacity of 257 litres across two shelves and two base protectors. On top, a stainless steel worktop provides additional flexibility, and the base is fitted with castors so the unit can easily be repositioned for installation or cleaning. For added flexibility, full-size gastronorm pans can be used without additional runners — simply slide them straight in.
