Manufactured from 4mm thick Aluminium to encourage superb heat distribution and features the latest premium Teflon Profile coatings that are more durable than any previous Teflon coating and allows the use of metal utensils. Maximum continuous in use temperature of 260 degrees C. An additional Stainless Steel plate makes this pan suitable for an Induction heat source.
